Detailed Product Description

The products can resist corrosion from various gas or liquid medium such 
as acid, alkali, organic solvent and compound. According to the requirement 
of deferent environment, customers have options in using orthophthalic 
polyester, isophthalmic polyester or vinyl ester as matrix material. With 
quarter density to steel and two thirds density to aluminum, the grating 
by JSECC provides high strength as ten times as rigid PVC, the same 
absolute strength standard as normal steel and absolute strength of
aluminum profile.

The protruded grating, molded grating and protruded profile from JSECC 
have the oxygen index beyond 32 according to China GB8924. They also 
have the flame spread rating as one-grade in terms of ASTM E-84. Furthermore, 
the flame spread rating of high fire-retardant vinyl ester grating is less than 10 
and obtains the recognition from ABS. Safety is guaranteed by special formulation 
to meet the requirements of flame resistance for engineering projects.
